Terms of service

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with the regard to size and colour. The photos you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers,devices and screen settings.

SHIPPING:

Most orders will be packed within 5 days. They are sent with Hellenic Post Office or Courier depending on size and weight . Most packages arrive within 14 days. I'm not responsible for any delays. If you need delivery by a specific date please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There maybe an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements. Shipping is charged separately.

RETURNS :

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork. If a piece is not as you expect you have 14 days to contact me via email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packaging and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days. The shipping costs is your responsibility.

PAYMENTS :

Payments are taken through PayPal and Stripe in Euro. I do not store any of your debit/ credit card details.

Paying by bank transfer: You can choose to pay by bank transfer simply by emailing me and I will send you my bank details.

LARGE OR HIGH VALUE ARTWORKS :

I appreciate your high value purchase and a piece of work I have spent much time on. It's important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions, so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noticed in the shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually, please contact me before purchasing. If you buy online first, in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAXES :

I ship internationally although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. I’ m not responsible for any delivery delays. Shipment outside European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional changes are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs contribute towards packaging supplies, labour and transit fees.
